Jerome Underhill is COO of FairPlay Sports Media. He previously led AppNexus / Xandr across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, was COO of AOL Europe advertising, and held senior roles at Capital One.

Jerome has spent nearly 20 years building businesses in the digital media and advertising technology space. Most recently he led the EMEA, APAC & LATAM business of AppNexus through acquisitions by AT&T and Microsoft, rebranding as Xandr and delivering step changes in revenue growth and operational scale. Prior to this Jerome was COO of AOL's European advertising business, and looking further back, he spent 10 years in consumer finance, leading businesses for Capital One in the UK, Europe and South Africa.
